At Ratio Coffee Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If your machine isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all premium coffee equipment in its original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Machine

  Carefully pack your Ratio machine in its original internal packaging and shipping carton to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
